Floor acoustic insulation??

I took my plywood floor out of the van at the weekend,to the delight of all those pozi screw holes left behind.
My van is at my brothers bodyshop currently to repair and rectify this problem.
I'm then going to have alto flooring fitted,is there any need to fit acoustic insulation underneath this,
or is the flooring thick enough?
