Is this a money grab from them, or based off best practice? Obviously don’t want my van to run into problems later on due to being tight fisted now...

Is this a money grab from them, or based off best practice? Obviously don’t want my van to run into problems later on due to being tight fisted now...
no idea to be fair but I've never had any other car where they do this, air con i would service as required and brakes maybe at 5 years if it isnt heavy use.
looked under mine again today and doesnt appear to be any oil leak which is good after their 2nd attempt at a fix
