Updated link to what? I've managed to fit the resistors and as it stands in getting no error messages. They look good too. Befote and after

Ok so i’ve fitted these the voltage is there with or without the resistors... and the fookers wont work... why do all the simple jobs go tits up.
Ignition on off faffed about
travelinlite kit, got for chrimbo and only just got round to fitting!
Theories? Grrrrrr

Can you reverse the connector?

Mine could plug in either way.

Voltage should be on the line for bulb failure detection.

Is it same on both sides?

Same on both.. voltage is there though.. has to be the bulbs?
Could reverse tried one after all else fails still same.
Bizarre... brand new out of packets
God help me fitting front flaps later.. bonnet probably fall off way things are going.

spoke to supplier, "we've had some bad bulbs"
bless them they are sending me some new..but...
i cut and removed the inner tabs/direction tab on the old led bulbs as i had a vibe..
turned bulbs round....
work fine...bulbs been built arse about tit in manufacture...
faffing with the resistor pack made no difference.

I’ve used the Halfords LED bulbs, and turned of lamp warning failure with vcds,

I did this, liked the colour match but not the dash lamp. Turned it off a couple of times but it always came back on. I then bought the travelin-lite set but the bulb didn't match. I ended up plugging the halfords bulbs into the travelin-lite resistor and I'm well happy with the results.

bad batch of bulbs little while back i presume...mine were an xmas pressy that i'd only just got round to fitting...it was a "i'm having half hour faffing with the van"....and that went wrong...
least if others search they may find this etc.
