Folding Mirrors stopped working

Hi All, My T6.1 21 Reg highline based camper has the folding door mirror function and it was working. But it’s just stopped?
Still works on the internal door rotary knob. But not on second press of keyfob as before. The vans only 2 months old.
Has anyone had this happen or know of a remedy other than a trip to the dealer.
Thanks

Has the battery been disconnected?
T6 lost so called comfort functions - a recalibration was needed. Not sure if it's the same with T6.1 but worth to try anyways

After reading these posts, I realised my one touch window wasn’t working either, so I pressed all the way down for 2-3 secs and then all the way up 2-3 secs. Did it with engine running and one touch window reset. Also, hey presto mirrors fold on fob again. This forum is the font of all knowledge.
The dealership could only suggest bringing it in, and needing it all day !! That’s 50 mile round trip.
Shame they don’t subscribe to this forum, they might learn something.

I've got the same van spec as you.

Edit: ignore what follows - clearly I know nothing :notworthy:

When locking - 1st press locks doors, second press the alarm / immobiliser kicks in, then needs a third LONG press to bring the mirrors in.
Perhaps it's mine that's broke :eek::D

I suspect that your second press deactivates your dead lock and also deactivates your alarm.

Just one press will lock and arm everything. One long press will do all that, plus close the windows (if open) and fold the mirrors.

Thanks @Robert and @dubber36 . I am now completely confused as well as wrong.
Gone and got the handbook and am not much wiser . . .

It is too dark and too cold outside to stand and play with the key/mirrors. There are times when I wonder if these vehicles are too clever for their own good, or maybe I've just lost the plot :oops:
If I have been leaving the van without the alarm/dead lock that's damn worrying :cry:
