That looks wrong.
T5 door mirrors are mounted higher on the door than T6 door mirrors and that deffo looks like it would fit better on a T5. They've either sent you the wrong version or they're trying to pass off T5 versions as being compatible with the T6. It seems you would beg to differ.

Mine was the same it only fitted 1 mirror and mine is a T6.1, I couldn’t be bothered with getting in touch with fuel lagoon so I just extended with Velcro strips.

I have the very basic one in case we ever get around to camping in the 6.1 Caravelle and it fits fine even with the wind deflectors - just a bit tricky to use the front door as you'd expect but mirrors are fine
I have the delux version and no issues here.
Their manufacturing unit is not far from me, they are a family firm and manufacture here in the uk. very nice people ... I would give them a call I am sure they will sort you out. Looks like you are in Notts, nip over to see them they are your side of Leicester
