gearbox - trouble changing into 2nd when cold

I have trouble changing into 2nd gear but fine when engine is warmed up, any ideas ?

2nd gear grinds a bit but it doesn't happen when engine has armed up, any ideas ? 5 Spd 2ltr 102hp 2016 T6 23,000 mls
