I wouldn't embarrass myself.....cheap b*stards! My wife used to be in charge of the department that was responsible for issuing them. Let's just say it was in a once glorious but now decaying and tragic former mill town ooop north.....she was party to some of the investigations into misuse and fraud. Too many of them were outrageously abused.....they obviously didn't have the resources to investigate every single one. It's just something else for people to abuse....there really are some cheap b*stards in this world!
