Glow plug low voltage

hi all. 2019 t6.
EML on.
Glow plug no.2 low voltage.
EML on only.
No glow plug light flashing.
Starts fine.
Runs fine.
Stop start runs fine.
Engine main battery has a parasitic drain and is often at 11.7v when I start the van, if it’s been left for a week ….
Wondering if this could be the cause ??
Any suggestions please ?
Thanks.
Matt.

I read the code as po672. Circuit open. The van has just come back from vw where the dmf was changed under warranty.
I wonder if the wiring loom has been disturbed.

Charge the battery, clear the codes and use the van see what happens
I charged the battery and have used the van - no EML. Albeit it’s a hot day and I’m not sure the glow plugs actually kick in when it’s hot.
Anyways It suggests the EML may have illuminated by a false positive.
However now I have to check for Parasitic drain on the engine battery as after being stood for a few days (5) it drops from 12.4v to 11.6v and this could be the cause - low starter battery voltage.
I’m going to add my multimeter in series to the neg battery pole and pull test individual fuses for Amp drain whilst the van sleeps - like the you tube vids suggest.
Any thoughts ?
Thanks.
Matt.
