I have replaced the Right Rear wheel sensor twice now. And the left. So I obviously have a problem and these are just symptoms. The latest popped up on way to Scotland. So had to drive back with no ACC. I have come to rely on this and is my favourite thing. I have just plugged in the VCDS and this is what I have. Any recommendations, observations are welcome. Van has just driven 700m (ish) to Scotland and back to that Surrey.

I've replaced it (as i had one from the pair I ordered when rear right went)

So I've replaced 2xFr Right, Rr Right and now Rr Left....

Yes, I ordered another pair (genuine).

TBF they take 20mins to change.

oh, the related faults cleared (tyre press, abs, awd, tc etc)

I will take it on a run for 40-50miles or so and take another scan.

Maybe not the problem here, but I recently had the same problems.
At first I changed the sensors N/S front & rear and O/S front this reset the fault, but the light came back on only when i used the ACC.
I changed all the leads too after this, found one that just came off in my hand that had worn in half inside the sleeving, one had worn the insulation of both wires under the sleeve and was intermittently touching I guess, the rear had water ingress in the plug. I've not had a problem in 6 months now. Just an idea.
 
Thanks Bob, all suggestions are useful. I'll take a look at the wiring leads for these too. (once it stops raining)

Can anyone confirm where these leads go. Do they go inside the van and have an earth connection on the floor. When I sound deadened the van (few yrs ago), i noted a lot of earth points for assorted wiring. I did try to ensure they were undisturbed but you never know, i may have disturbed something.
