Whenever it stops unexpectedly - please check the fault codes with VCDS. At your temperatures battery might struggle to supply enough power to the heater (and cabin blower).I heard the cabin air blower working, just... 1 minute.
Then everything stopped.

Agreed - there are no low voltage faults recorded.The battery is not the problem, I have a charger per each battery, thr car is always plugged on the 220v, it's always full.

When fuel is low this heater does not lock - it just refuses to start, or shuts down. The fuel low for the heater equals to fuel low light on dash. Also the fault code is different - thus fires up when refueled. Not really - the both numbers appear with the same fault - on same vehicle in different occasions.So basically only difference is that 90 != 92, whatever that number means.
Yes.The final cure was the temperature sensor. The coolant pump was replaced first but didn't cure it completely. The fault happened only once in 10-20 startups.But my question is, was this specific fault situation ever solved?
