Google maps on cockpit display ??

I thought I saw this discussed before but couldn't find it...

I have seen a few photos where Google maps or waze is displayed on the cockpit between the speedo and RPM gauge.

Any ideas how I can do that?

It’s a factory upgrade you either have it or you don’t I’m afraid! Can be retro fitted I believe

I’ve never seen this on the digital dash. It’s only the factory map that can be displayed. Although it’s a feature I would use.

Unless there has been an update to allow this?

I'm the same as Oli not seen this either. The Audi TT does carplay in VC but that's due to the VC cluster also being the screen for the radio.

Our 2024 Cupra For mentor doesn't do it or several other VAG based vehicles I've worked on with VC.

Our 21 Tig doesn't do it either. It just displays the direction arrows.

Well don’t I feel like a plonker totally mis read that one
Its not like I just payed for it as an upgrade in our new car and know it’s factory map only

Oh, I'm positive it was Google maps, I have to zoom in and check.

Factory sat nav map only on the digital dash, it cant send google or waze they only appear on the centre headunit screen

Found the pics and correct, only the factory maps shown. Though waze Google only shows guidance arrows.. unfortunately.

Did see its possible to display the map with discover and discover pro. When the nav is displayed go to menu and there is option to display map on gauges.
