Got the dreaded flashing coil light again. DPF ?

Got the dreaded flashing coil light again a couple of weeks ago with the following fault codes:
P20EE00
P200600
P200400
P012100

I have since had new vacuum activator fitted (1K0906627H) and loose pipe firmed up.

Light is still coming on.

Two years ago and (and about 40,000 miles) I had a new manifold fitted (04L129709E)

The van does a lot of 8 mile trips and less frequent long trips.

Any suggestions what to do next. Thanks. Andy

Soot level via carista app .53oz (15g) after carista regen .31oz (8.8g)
That's normal.

But was also the actuator replaced or is it still the original? (04L 129 061 A)
