H&R Anti Holl Bars (ARB) Front + Rear

Just had the H&R arbs fitted yesterday by Paul @ JPL Automotive and what a joy so far. It does feel more planted going round in corners/roundabout and so far a great improvement. My question is whats the next logical upgrade ? in terms of suspension.. Its all standard except arbs and front rear bushes (powerflex). T28 140 highline swb DSG running on Devonports.
Depends how low and how practical you want the van to be. Sport shocks are brilliant at standard height or sensible drops upto 50 mm. Lower than that you need coil overs. Because the shocks are much shorter to enable this , caution though some of the well known offerings aren’t short and this makes the ride harsh

The H&R anti roll bars that you have won't have anywhere to mount the rear level sensor for the LED headlights. On the LED compatible ARBs the bracket for the ARB bush has a plate welded onto it to accept the level sensor, it wouldn't be too difficult for a half decent fabricator to knock something up that would do the job.

The ARBs are identical, it's just the inclusion of the bracket to accept the level sensor that is different.
Chris I had the LED version of the H&R ARB installed and still haven’t got round to retrofitting LED’s; is it literally a plate that’s welded on? I ask as I never checked whether the bars came with anything extra in the box..

After market lights don’t need the special bracket. It’s only for the factory Led or retrofit original led head lights which is a big job to fit ,

Yes it is exactly that. One of the rear brackets has a plate welded on to it for the rear levelling sensor, otherwise there is no difference.

This pic shows the plate welded on to what is otherwise the standard bracket that is supplied.

Yeah it’s a proper retrofit.. or, that’s the plan at least!

Cheers gents.

If you need the genuine bracket from H and R. We keep them in stock
That's handy as i've still not got round to ordering one from Eurocarparts!

What do just the H&R rear anti roll bar bracket with the level sensor bracket cost Steve?
