Top tip.

In a different note, you’ve just reminded me that last week I witnessed the greatest item I’ve ever seen taken camping - a full size upright vacuum cleaner. Next pitch to us.

I have a wife who is obsessed with her Henry hoover.
I read your post to her and I could see for a spit second think 'that's not a bad idea'

I just had to make this quickly to tighten the two glands i have running through my roof.
The cable can run through the socket and the the bolt is angled slightly away from the roof

Or, of course, just run your cable after, but I'd already done that and crimped terminals so this was my best option. (Welding is more fun than re-crimping!)

Top tip: long drive ahead … freeze a spag bol or a chilli con carnie. Pop it in your cool box and it will pull down the temp like nothing else. Throw a few beers around it when travelling. Cool box isn’t overworking; supper is ready for a heat-up and beer is just the right temperature!

And pre freeze any tins of food works a treat as edible ice packs. Just not your beers.
