Hard Judder then Engine Died. Timing Belt?

As Kev says, Without doing proper diag - my first direction would be the crank position sensor (and wiring check) especially given the judder.

Your fuel faults are more likely logged due to way its cut out when it faulted, and are a slight red herring.
