I have trimmed this video to 1.30

Has anybody seen this type of insta?

They've bonded track onto floor but then instead of pre cut batons in between ridges They've not laid Dodo matting but something else bonded onto ridges.

Then the finished floor on top. Is it plywood with vinyl on top? Interesting alternative.

That's a Reimo Varitech bonded system. Not many places do them, I looked into it but was put off by the £7000+ quotes.
Looks like foam core with laminated face plywood outer skins, like SIPs panels? Looks very neat

It’s a Reimo Variotech bonded rail system. I have this, and installed my own floor in a similar way. I used a combination of XPS sheets, Garnica Ultralight, and Garnica lightweight ply, to get all the levels to match up. Probably used a bit less glue on the panels than the video!

Garnica Ultralight is 9mm XPS sandwiched between two sheets of 4.5mm lightweight ply. Very rigid and unfeasibly lightweight.

When doing this, it points out the deviation from flat of the VW van floor, in comparison to the tight tolerances of the Reimo. Hence much fettling of packers to get it to all come to the same level at the top of the rails.
