Headlight error on 2016 transporter

Just fitted a pair of led h4 silver holder lamps to my 2016 .
Both seem to work low and flash /main beam.
But after a min and turning on and off the now flicker and the lamp warning light came on..

Is there a swap cable link or something that looses this fault ?

I had a similar thing with the side lights but someone said changing the leads round fixes it..which it did .

The fault can be coded in the BCM so it doesn't bring up the error, done this to mine and a few others but I don't recall the exact coding change needed, I'm sure someone will post it up.

Have a read of some of these threads. You may need ballast resistors.

The flashes will be morse code for "I have illegal bulbs in my headlights!"

You can get a list of tweaks here and yes, as @Craig. has mentioned, bulb failure can be coded out

I ordered a resistor type interlink cable from amazon..it says it stops issues with the swap over .
Silverholder are also sending me the cables..so 1 or other should hopefully work

The sidelights where easy just swap the wires over 1 side
