As in the title.
Has anyone replaced the lens on a t6 headlight?
Either the halogen lights or the LED units?
Tinternet says that the halogens share the same lens as the led units? Can anyone (literally) shed any light on the matter?
They're a sealed unit. Users here have had them in the oven to melt the glue so they can be dismantled but then you have to reseal well them to stop water ingress plus I'm not sure you can even buy a lens.

I was thinking of heating the lens off of a halogen headlight to stick back onto a LED headlight that has a damaged lens?
I had a search about for someone doing something similar but came up with nothing.
I've looked into swapping LED projectors from damaged headlights into a new body for my truck. These guys did it for a Ford Fiesta, it all seems possible, and over here in Australia you can buy legal LED projectors for making DIY headlights.
