Heated mirrors - Highline

Hi guys, recently bought a T6 highline and noticed it doesn't have heated mirrors. I take it there is no easy way other than fitting and wiring in a complete new set up? Slightly annoying as i thought being a highline it would have been standard.

In the UK it is standard on highline models
You should have heated and electrically adjustable mirrors then the factory optional upgrade is power folding

It's not connected to the window heater is it?
On all my previous vehicles the wing mirrors and rear window "defrost" operated on the same button

It’s got a heated screen, so I thought it maybe linked with that. I will need to check fuses I think

I’d be very surprised if you didn’t have heated mirrors on a Highline. Pop off one off mirror glasses and you should see two wires connected to the back of the mirror. The heating elements do fail - the replacement heated mirror glass is fairly inexpensive and a DIY job

'Pop off' one of the mirror caps and try not to break all of the plastic clips doing so . ...i've never managed to do this .

My Highline has it, it's the top right function but it is hidden from view when seated in the van.
Just a thought...

I've whinged to myself about this feature seemingly missing in my Highline too for the past week or so since it's got cold. Only had the T6 for a month, and my old T5 Highline had it!

... then I read your note how it's Top Right, and just out of view!

Thanks for tip! :)

Hi guys, ok the van has heated mirrors but are not working. Also I have a heated screen which is not working either, so I’m thinking it’s all under one circuit!
Any idea what it could be? I will check fuses but they are 30amp and I can’t see them blowing.
