I'm really looking for something that I can still carry a few small things around for work, (I deal in Antiques and Man Cave stuff) but use for days out with occasional overnight camps, don't need a full gas cooker type set up though, boiling a kettle and fridge would probs do but I'm here to learn before I start anything, I'd probably leave it as is before rushing in and making any stupid errors

Welcome, sounds pretty much the same kind of build I have just started on myself. I decided I will add a very small sink and simple camping stove that slides out on runners to make a tea
