Definitely book direct. Rarely changed a booking in the past but booked through C&CC for 2020 and had to rebook twice by phoning/emailing, no visibility of booking etc etc, major PITA!
Absolutely agree - there is a lot to be said for "owning" the relationship with the provider directly...!
Completely agree. You may save 10% through the club discounts but it is so much easier with a Eurotunnel account. You can manage everything online which is especially important in the current Covid environment and document uploads.
