Horn stopped working

So yesterday the horn stopped working on the van. 2016 T6
So we have voltage at the horn under normal running, circa 5volts then when pressing the horn it goes to 8volts. Now normally i wouldn't expect to see any voltage till its pressed.
Checked horn direct off the battery and works fine, tried another working battery ans no joy.
So I can hear the relay clicking behind the wheel. With the horn plugged in it clicks twice then stops, with the horn disconnected it clicks every time.
So is it the relay that's buggared or am I going down the wrong route?
If it's the relay where's best to get one and lastly is this the right one?

Aye sorry was the first thing checked. Not easily found and figured oit either. Rather frustrating that none of the diagrams or schematics seem to tie in with my van.

Have you swapped the relay with another to test?

It's a totally different one to any of the others that I've come across.
I'll keep looking and see what if anything will fit.

They're not expensive, worth getting one as a spare even if it doesn't fix it.

Luckily I'm not at the can of petrol and diesel stage!
I have hooked up some fairy lights to keep my good lady happy and she's delighted so silver lining and all that.

It could be the clock spring - either the ribbon itself starting to go or the connection to the clock spring from the horn switch. When the ribbon completely snaps you get an air-bag warning and the mfsw stops working too.

I think the only time my horn gets used is during the MoT!

Aye same really but that's due in the next couple of months. Good shout on the spring, I have another wheel to go on too so see if that makes a difference. However I think it's working as I can hear the relay clicking. But will swap them and see if that makes a difference.

Loz,
I did have a look for diagrams and didn't spot the second one so will do a bit more digging on that too and double check the fuses. Thanks for that.
