How to remove the Front bumper

I want to remove the inserts on my bumper so that I can paint them (also want to do the main grill)

Van is a trendline so no fogs is that makes a difference.

can they be removed with the bumper still in place or is it a removal job?

I've just fitted fogs to the front of my shuttle -definitely a bumper off job

Cheers, I suspected it would be! Guess the grill is bumper off anyhow so no real loss
