interior lights not working

My Interior lights dont work in any way shape or form.
Someone told me it might be able to be reset.
I have taken the battery off and crossed the wires but nothing has worked

What about it's history? Ex-works van (RAC?), previous mods, any kind of conversion?
You've checked fuses but what about the bulbs, interior light switch, cable runs?

Bought the van brand new.
