Gotcha..Gas hob and a Bialetti is way cheaper, and less likely to set fire to your van.
Pete

Been meaning to get one of those for home for years...
IKEA do them.. =)
Agreed and this is what @Phil_G Was hinting at.@Buzznitro .....If your G-tec battery is 22v,then usually the charger is approx 5volts higher with lower Charging current (in the Milliamps) ....my old dyson charger Outputs 26v for a 21.6v Battery.....as I have successfully charged this off a 12v battery(powered by solar) in the shed by using a...Victron isolated Orion-tr 12/24-5 dc/dc converter! As the output voltage is fully adjustable.so check your chargers voltage Out of curiosity
All the dyson Plug charger is.....is a voltage supply,I stripped the battery pack down and there’s a mini bms in there to regulate the current!.....hence the low current and long charge time.....but yes @Dellmassive .....obviously do so at your own risk!Agreed and this is what @Phil_G Was hinting at.
But that is an advanced tweek that requires electronics knowledge. And has certain saftey cautions.
So for the general "end user" the nest best advice is to use the supplied 240v charger via a small inverter..
For the electronic enthusiasts the 12/24 dc-dc charger is an interesting project.
