Is the heater control better on a T6.1?

I'm thinking about changing my van to a T6.1 as there are a few things I'd do differently now. Although its not a deal breaker I wondered if the temperature control on the T6.1s is better than my current T6? at the moment its either full heat or full cold regardless where I set it.

Your T6 heater control shouldn’t work like that. Ours certainly doesn’t.
I am sure this has cropped up before on the forum, and there is a fix for it.
Worth a search I think.

Ah ok. I do usually have it set to windscreen. So If I change that I should have a more varied temperature range? I'll give it a go, thanks.

Set the RH direction dial to 9 o’clock. Clear windscreen, warm feet, cool face. (This is my cool face)
