Recently moved to air suspension and since fitting have had a irritating knock that I can feel threw the floor when driving since install currently have changed for new, h&r anti roll bar and new drop links but knock persists have started looking at top mounts because when shaking the van can feel and hear knock when placing hand on the retaining plate and nut under skuttle feels and looks there is a big gap, have swapped nuts over as one is smaller this has had no effect would assume any gap between body top mount retaining plate and nut will cause knock as there is potential play as this is what it feels like.
