Kombi Advice

Just looked on website, see you use a swivel base on existing seat, thought seat/swivel was one complete unit

So being 6' would normal profile seats be suffice, also are seats fixed or do they adjust in height when required
The height adjuster on the side of the seat works as normal. You’ll probably not have to be so picky in what unit you get. Although i think the kiranvan version may be the only one with the offset, so when it is spun, it moves it away from the door a bit.

Ah understand, is there a clash with handbrake at all

There will always be an issue on the drivers side. You’ll need to lower the handbrake. Two ways to do this, 1) cut off the welds and position it lower and reeled, or 2) buy a seat base from someone like Colin @VWVC which already has the bracket lowered.

You have probably done better getting a van without swivels alteady fitted, factory fit swivels removes height adjustment from seat

Or remove it altogether and fit an electric handbrake for more buttons. :)

Have seen the white colour Kombi but never seen the oryx, is there much difference or very similar in appearance

Hi all

Just after some info on couple of things, will my Caddy front rubber floor mats fit the Kombi along with Caddy seat covers I have as if not want to order some for next weekend, also on the rear doors what would be the best protection to put on bumper to stop any scratching etc; any others ideas for bits and pieces that help preserve and keep things shiny much appreciated :)

Thanks in advance
