Kombi highline retrofit B post handles

After retro fitting a set of handles to the B post, to aid entry and exit in the back, found the handles and brackets on ETKA, just wondering if I need to change the standard trim due to depth?

Anyone got any pics of the trim removed showing brackets, or trim pics?
