Hi
I did one last week myself.
You need the Can Bus Module for the LED Lights
Buy the CANNY Module - new release from Lazer and The Elite Lights NOT the CAN M8 which involves getting into the Van and taking dash apart.
The Canny module is located in the Engine Bay.
I also have the AC and DID NOT TAKE OFF THE BUMPER.
Cheapest supplier I could find with a Discount code was Beacons and Lightbars (Code 5off)
Quick run down of what I did (I did not disconnect battery - but if you are unsure - probably safer to disconnect battery earth at start)
Made a bracket to mount the relay and On/Off Switch and fitted those and run in the main harness and Canny + / - Power connections.
Bracket - 200mm long 30 x 3 aluminium – with a 40 degree bend on bottom – to mount up off the Battery Tray bolt.
Fits Switch and Relay to bracket and mount bracket
Connected Main Power for the Canny Loom and the Light Loom to the Battery Fuse (also has inline fuses on the Lazer Looms) and the Ground to the Bonnet Hinge
This is just 2 bolts and the relevant ring connectors.... I did tape and tie wrap the harness Positives together (neatness) same for the negatives.
That then leaves you the two connectors that plug into the lights and a long length of purple wire that is the trigger for the relay on the main harness (via the switch)
Then on the Canny Harness there is 4 wires that are outputs and a twisted pair wires - Blue and Yellow that are Can Hi and Can Low
You connect the Can Hi and Can Low to the wiring at the back of the headlight.... Forget the included crimps - you need to use heat shrink and solder...
At the headlamp connector - you need to peel back the harness wrap about 1" to give you room to work.
Then cut the Yellow with Green Trace and Yellow with White Trace wire at the back of the connector - mid point
Mount Up the Canny Module - to work out the needed wire length and cut the twisted pair (blue yellow wires)
Do a window strip (10mm) on the blue wire about 75mm from the end and do and end strip also around 10mm long
Slide 2 pieces of heatshrink onto the cable between the window strip and the end
Strip the Yellow/ Green about 10mm - both cut ends.
Wrap the end nearest the cable harness - around the window strip and solder (limited space) - then twist the remaining open end of the Yellow / Green wire and blue wire end together and solder. Slide the 2 pieces of heatshrink over the solder joints and shrink.
Then repeat exactly the same for the Yellow / White and Yellow Cable for the Can Low.

Then shorten the 2 purple wires that connect to the switch - chopping out the unneeded cable - you will need to do a new Crimp on the one connected to the loom.....
Then connect using solder and heat shrink the open purple wire to the Purple wire out of the Canny
I then heat shrunk the 3 unused outputs on the Canny.
Using the APP - need to download (Instructions in box) - connect the Canny to your phone - select Output 1 for High Beam)
Connect up the lights and test... all should be good with lights on and High Beam
This took me around 90 minutes - if I exclude an issue I had connecting to the APP..... which was another 60 minutes...
Then on to the main lights..
So fitted masks 3 and 4 to the right side…. Out with the Buzz Saw (Oscillating Multi Tool) cut the outer grill. (BE CAREFULL - DO NOT CUT RADIATOR)
Continued through carefully and cut the inner grill - slightly bigger than outer grill
Then Assy Lamp….. The one side bracket (3NM Side) have a elongated slot - I used the centre position - make sure you do same on both lights - saves taking them on and off - also in the kit is 2 Big Washers (Penny Washers) in the kit – they do not fit anywhere… so not used.
Connect the lamp to the one wire connector - that you have fed into the gap. - Slide the lamp into place and fit. Drill the 3.5mm mounting hole and secure.
So right hand lamp fitted no issue… wired and working - took a further 30 minutes for the cutting and fitting.
So now to tackle the difficult side….
OK – fitted the Number 1 and 2…. cutting guide Out with the Buzz Saw again… outer grill cut away… CAREFULLY
Then Inner Grill… no issues – cut up to the AC plate (protect pipes?)
Then unclipped the 2 clips you could see on the cover plate …. wedge a piece of wood behind to hold it out from reclipping - Buzz saw the bracket….. and break.. VERY CAREFULL HERE PIPES ARE VERY NEAR...
Then cleaned up the edges…
Assy the Second lamp brackets… again same position for teh slotted bracket.... nothing in the instructions on where to position..
The second lamp went in really easy (first one took some force)
Connect the lamp to the second wire connector - that you have fed into the gap. - Slide the lamp into place and fit. Drill the 3.5mm mounting hole and secure.
So Left hand lamp fitted no issue… wired and working - took a further 40 minutes for the cutting and fitting.
Tied up all the wiring looms and tie wrapped up and repositioned my charger points (Leisure and Main Battery)
Set the lamps to 1 degree down on the front Lense – looked OK – check their even front to back..... shine on a door and do a fine position on their height (Can be moved by hand)
Will add some photos later - but hope this helps?
