Leaking rear window

Hi friends, this may have been covered before, but I have just noticed a leak on the drivers side rear window on my T6 Kombi, any ideas what could be the problem and how to fix would be very much appreciated.
PS I did install JK curtain rails a couple of years ago, so just wondering!!

Is this a leaky barn door window then? Did you get it sorted?

I have a leaky barn door window after I installed it and I am too scared to ask advice on here as it's a major trigger...

I feel like I need to mask off the window and suround to within an inch of it's life and then apply as much sealant as possible into the recess behind the window up to my potentially badly laid adhesive...
