LED exterior light bars without roof rack to mount

Hello

I have a T6 4Motion 2018, which I'd like to add some led lights to the sides and back for when working & camping.

Is there a way of doing this without a roof rack?

Also, recommendations for LED lights would be great. I like the look of Front Runner, but they seem expensive!
