LED Headlamps too low after lowering van

There is a calibration process that can be done with VCDS, i have done it several times when retrofitting LED lights so its been new sensors, never tried it on an existing setup so not 100% it would fix your issue but worth a try if you can get it connected ?

Thanks for that, dont suppose you know what section this is in VCDS

Module 55 - levelling control module
Park on flat surface and perform basic settings (there are three options to run through)
you can also go into measuring blocks and look at the sensor values and rock the van to check they are reading ok

Did you check both sensors visually?
Having your suspension lowered all the way down you could be exceeding sensors limits.
Maybe one of the sensors links has detached?
Any faults in module 55?
