Like i said i was at our vw dealer to check it... and for them is this ok.
What do you mean with MOT?
I will resolve this im sure but it bothers me that the our vw cant do it. Is new car ... 3 months old.

Just use the adjusters on the headlight to tweak the level, it’s a physical adjustment nothing electronic
In the UK we have to take vehicles to a garage once a year to be safety checked (an MOT test) if you have a similar setup in your country then they should have a headlight beam machine to assist with levelling

Oh realy... i didnt know that. But for this adjusters i know. I've test it but problem is that i can set the high of full headlight i mean low beam and high beam together. One screw is for high the other is for left or right set.
