Leisure battery draining

Hi all. Fitted a repaired Ablemail B2B charger this morning. Refitted charged leisure battery and within 5 mins leisure battery dropped to 9.7v, disconnected leads and battery measured 10.87any ideas please or is this normal? MPPT was flashing battery icon also at 9.7v. Please note at moment main fuse is removed from van battery.

Elderly leisure battery if it's a bog standard lead acid?
Followed by repaired B2B charger?

Theres no way you can drain a healthy fully charged battery down to 9.7v in 5 minutes unless you were doing something seriously heavy with it

I would suggest either the battery wasnt charged or its faulty/dying my guess being the latter
