Is it the door bolt head side? Im tryn to source replacementscrews here now.

Fitted my black set yesterday and bolts rub on both doors. Got round it by sanding about 2 mm from around the back edge and fitting thinner sticky pads and they fit fine and look good now - didn't check to see if they made from stainless so time will tell if they start to rust.

Sorry to hear u had problems with fitting ur covers. i have thought of another possible to all this,but i will need to confirm when i get home and do a bit of investigation.
