I cannot image they've done big miles?
Just quite surprised the bushes are worn.

Every local council will have their own MOT testing station. I always use them as they don’t do repairs etc and have no hidden agendas

I too have used local authority MOT Testing stations in the past also. I have found them honest, very thorough and straightforward. I agree, they are not looking to profit at ones expense, by failing a vehicle, more or less obliging some one, to have those repairs carried out by them. Which has happened to me. Some garages are renowned for it. I seem to recall Which Magazine or other, planting vehicles with various known faults and noting the response of garages with MOT Testing facilities. I believe their survey was right across the country and was not very encouraging. So unless someone, trusts there local or specialist garage, Local authority is the most reliable. They are often also used to dealing with different classifications of vehicle.
