I'm in the south west - Bath area...where are you based? and is it for a twin slider? Cheers
I'm in the south west - Bath area...
Hope we're talking about the same thing...
So I have the top and bottom (original) bulkhead between panelvan rear and cabin, from a 2016 T6 T32 LWB Mid height van. I have the two top brackets and their bolts. The welded brackets are no more. The passenger seat is dual static, the driver seat single sliding. I've taken it out for a conversion to campervan. It's in reasonably good condition and has the luxury of a couple of coat hooks.
Is that what you're looking for?
(I don't know what a twin slider is)
eBay item number 224225345549. This looks like a twin slider ........
Iv just brought one myself, I’m really struggling to figure out how it fits back in none of the exciting holes line up and not sure on how far it needs to be on the roof fittings?Quick update - I have now finally fitted the bulkhead.
A few points to notice when fitting...
1. The bulkhead is a very snug (yet flexible) which can be difficult on your own.
2. If located flush with the b pillars (looking in through the side door) the bulkhead will foul on the b pillar trim clips. You can either trim these areas or simply knock it back a few mm and live with a ‘step’ in the load bay.
3. The supplied fixings (screws) used to secure the roof section will ever so slightly raise the joining trim that runs along the edge of the roof lining.
All in all the space gained is a huge difference and well worth the effort if you require a bulkhead. The seats can now be adjusted to their full length with enough room to recline the back more than enough for any driver.
If you are looking to spec a van like this - do not order a bulkhead as this will save you a lot of work and will make figment of the motexion a lot easier.

I had to trim some of the bulk head down to fitI fitted one of these bulkheads today, and strangely this piece of trim (pictured top-left of your photo) does not fit back. My trim piece is a right-angle but it seems like it needs to be curved. Here’s a pic:

Does anyone know why this might be? Is it possible to buy a slightly different shaped different part or this a job for the dremel?
My guess would be you’ve pushed it in to far? Mine really snug around all edgesWith regards to my above post, here’s a photo of the bulkhead from the back — it seems strange that this corner is shaped like this when the rest of the bulkhead fits snugly in place like a glove.
I guess this would explain why the original plastic B-pillar trim doesn’t fit back into place though.

Is everyone’s bulkhead shaped like this? Am I missing something?
