Then download a GPS Speedo onto your phone and compare that reading with your speedo after you've fitted your new wheel / tyre set up. Bear in mind the website calculates based on your speedo being accurate but apparently (as has already been stated) manufacturer speedos have to read under a bit (EU Law) to ensure no one can use it as an excuse for speeding.
