New EGR valve and 1 week later Limp Mode

Hi, one week ago I had a new EGR valve fitted to my 2016 T6. Cost me £1,000. Last night, the engine light came on again and van went into limp mode. Plugged in Carista and got the attached fault data, suggesting EGR problem. Will take back to garage next week, but anyone seen anything similar before or can diagnose problem from Carista fault data attached?

Do you know what the fault codes were before the EGR was replaced? Same, or something different?

Would be more than helpful to know which engine - the code on configuration sticker under dash by steering column?
Is it EU5 or EU6 (AdBlue)?
P0101 shouldn't relate to EGR.
