New member, looking to buy my first van and hopefully make some new friends

Evening everyone. I'm looking at buying my first van very soon. The van has been sourced (T6, 17 plate, DSG, LWB, tailgate, highline panel van). It is currently with a reputable camper conversion place, fairly local to me. It has 150k miles (all documented), however due to an error by VW (they forgot to change the cam belt during a service ), the engine blew. VW took responsibility and replaced the engine at about 70k miles (docs to prove). The van is £10.5k and i've been quoted between £10k - £15k for the conversion. I think this is reasonable and the replacement engine I see as a positive. I'd be grateful for any other thoughts and opinions. Thanks in advance
