New ply floor, best way to finish off?

To be fair their Customer service has been second to none on this issue and offered a full refund. Maybe i got a dud. Will by with them again
@djgriff did you line up the clips to the step properly ( taken off your old step ) My van-style extra deep step works perfectly

Van-style sell nice parts so as you said might of been a duff off one and read all the fit outs the guys have done in here before tackling your build you will get some great ideas from them to and they will give sound advice

PS are you going to carpet the inside then the 12mm floor goes down last after the carpet before you fully fix the floor down

cheers MUD

Just one tip for anyone doing this, do not use ‘evo stick no more nails’ .. 18hrs later and still wet.. got to clean that crap off now and buy something that works.. turning into bit of a pain this job haha
You need a flexible adhesive not one such as Gripfil as this can crack over time and let go. Sikaflex or similar is best for this type of bonding.

We make one piece floors to avoid joins and associated problems with levelling, floor finish etc. see - here

Ok yeah didn't think of that, i ended up using 'Sticks like Sh*t' by Evo. seems more rubbery and bonded very well from what i can tell. Having the three part floor seems tricky and maybe i will have to write off the £70 i spent on ply, maybe turn the floor into a cabinet or alike and buy a one piece floor. thanks for the heads up on the glue to use!

Cheers
