Rising Sun Campers in Solihull do a 130cm bed (3-seater) with slimline units (see their Signature 130 conversion). Appreciate they're not exactly local to you, but might be worth considering if you can't find anyone more local.

Another option could be Jaibow in Holmfirth - a lot more local to you . I don't know if they specifically do a 130 bed/slimline conversion, but their website says they offer a custom conversion service.
