That doesn't include no claims in the first month for the roadside assistance does it?I’ve just seen that as I didn’t have cover for over 30 days there is a 30 day no claim period in the warranty
I don’t think so but if they find an issue they needs fixing it wouldn’t be coveredThat doesn't include no claims in the first month for the roadside assistance does it?
I've taken this out last week. All I have from VW so far is a bill in the post which looks a little confusing. Only mentions MOT and servicing. They've set up the direct debit but no email or letter confirming breakdown cover or warranty. Anyone else had more than this, I have no idea of what to expect.
Interesting. I got the bill but no email.I did it online and received an email with all the documents.
Then, each month before the DD came out I got an invoice in the post - it was split into 2 costs.
Alan
It was December 2022 I took it out so they may have changed their processes.Interesting. I got the bill but no email.
I did. But was checking the wrong email address. It was December 2022 I took it out so they may have changed their processes.

It’s £43 per month at the moment but VW Finance couldn’t except my Visa card so after a lot of unsuccessful attempts with my bank and VW I finished paying in full £1032.What is the monthly premium?
Has anyone on here managed to get anything done under warranty apart from services/MOT?
I've got an all in plan via VW Finance on a Skoda Kodiaq. Just had about two grands worth of work done on it on the Nox Sensor, a gearbox leak, faulty washer pump and some perished suspension bushes. Car sounds like a right lemon but it isn't, it's a great car that has been problem free for 5 years. The mileage was low at 22,000 and full service history which helped with the claim - it's insurance based. Glad I took it out. What is the monthly premium?
