I’ve just seen that as I didn’t have cover for over 30 days there is a 30 day no claim period in the warranty
That doesn't include no claims in the first month for the roadside assistance does it?

I've taken this out last week. All I have from VW so far is a bill in the post which looks a little confusing. Only mentions MOT and servicing. They've set up the direct debit but no email or letter confirming breakdown cover or warranty. Anyone else had more than this, I have no idea of what to expect.

I did it online and received an email with all the documents.

Then, each month before the DD came out I got an invoice in the post - it was split into 2 costs.

Interesting. I got the bill but no email.

From California Forum today, but not verified-

“I asked Marshalls VW Lincoln to let me know if and when there is a 25% Black Friday discount on the All in Service Plan, as my van is now out of warranty.
True to their word, they rang to say it will run from November 18 to December 2 this year.”

What is the monthly premium?
Has anyone on here managed to get anything done under warranty apart from services/MOT?

It’s £43 per month at the moment but VW Finance couldn’t except my Visa card so after a lot of unsuccessful attempts with my bank and VW I finished paying in full £1032.

I’m paying £34.40/month (or £825 total) under the previous discount they ran in September.

More than paid for itself on the previous 2 year period where it was cheaper than it is now. Got majority of costs covered on front main oil leak and as they were doing that got the cambelt done for price of parts only.

I've got an all in plan via VW Finance on a Skoda Kodiaq. Just had about two grands worth of work done on it on the Nox Sensor, a gearbox leak, faulty washer pump and some perished suspension bushes. Car sounds like a right lemon but it isn't, it's a great car that has been problem free for 5 years. The mileage was low at 22,000 and full service history which helped with the claim - it's insurance based. Glad I took it out.

Just had the Citigo serviced and the service manager reckons that there should be some Black Friday deals due on service plans in the near future. As they're on VW Finance there might be something for VW as well as Skoda.

Nice one. Glad it is working out. Might be worth others posting what works have been done, or not allowed, under warranty.
