I have the below head unit which I've removed to install an Alpine unit. It works other than the Android Auto audio issue, so Carplay and everything else is as it should be, but I'm wondering if I should sell it, or keep it? I don't intend selling my van anytime soon, if ever. If people sell them, what are they worth?
