OEM plastic underbody cover

Apologies if I've placed this in the incorrect section - New to this

I've just had some recent work done to my t6 4 motion which included the need to drop down the diesel tank. Whilst the guys were doing that, a plastic/cover section running alside or close to it has become damaged/cracked. The guys were uncertain as to what this part might be called and left it in situ.

Location: Passenger side front ish close or next to the tank.

Could anyone one line throw a little light as to what this might be, called or even have a part number. perhaps. Enclosed two images. Apologies how bad they are. It looks like quite a unit

I have only ever seen these available from VW dealers. Some of the main parts are big and would not survive posting. Pete

Although, I think yours is part number 21 which isn’t included in the parts list on the right hand side.

Is there a part number on it?

Failing that, take your VIN and a clear photo of the panel to the parts man (or women, we live in enlightened times) at your local dealer and they'll ID it in seconds and give you a price.

Dealers tend to be surprisingly reasonable or hilariously expensive for parts, so it's always worth at least asking them the question.

The part remains in situ for the moment until I can replace it. Sadly Im unable to view a part number but I will do as you suggest - Thank you

I would cable tie it together or some of those plastic weld repairs and leave it be. Sooner or later a puddle will rip it off and you can replace it then.

Both my front ones have had small holes drilled in them and several cable ties inserted. Still going strying.

The trays all have date stamps and part numbers on them .
