Well I have dropped my “velle” off with Oli and gang @ Bognor. Until tomorrow I now have a “fire snorting “ 300bhp TSI that wants to rip my arms off if I so much as look at the throttle

It surprised me, Booked an appointment; waited in reception for an hour whilst they plugged into my Vel; then informed me it could not be done yet because no Variant available (this was sept 18).??.
I was informed that the dealer had spoken to Revo, and Revo were still working on a map for my Vel????
Does seem a bit strange, but this was a big independent VW garage with plenty of ramps and technicians; and a posh reception full of after market bits etc; although not a VW commercial specialist.

My Vel is at dealers today/tomorrow, having a rattle checked out which only happens when engine cold (Auxiliary belt tensioner???); VW OEM leisure battery completely collapsed Zero volts; brakes a bit spongey (pads?; brake fluid?);
When its back I'll get the chassis number
