Oil Catch Can For Euro 6 Engines

Yes , will have to cut the original pipe, add a conection and reroute in and out of the catch can. I will add a drain pipe with a tap.
 
Interested as Santa gave me one of these. If only he’d fitted it too.

Any updates from anyone who has actually fitted the Provent 200 copy???

I did!) From AliExpress BMW version catch can fits "perfect enought" inside the T6 with 18x23 c thru tubing BUT. I think cuz of that I got 1 fault reading P2565 "turbocharger boost control position sensor- signal too high" after like driving 50 meters.... And the glow plug warning light started immideately flashing and the engine went in ultra slow limb mode... counld accelerate at all.

After removing the "catch can setup" and sealing this PVC tube back to "vw original" and deleting faults, i have 0 faults now, and it seems nearly back to normal (But turbine needed some time to adapt itself so you could accalerate like usual) dunno.

any ideas?

any ideas?
Either a wiring issue at turbine actuator circuit
or​
the turbine actuator was pushed/seized way beyond it's normal resting position.

When engine is off the actuator is at rest at +15...+20%. Now the actuator was reported to be way out even of it's normal operating range (approx. +15%...+100%)

Please check the movement of the actuator using VCDS Basic Settings - IDE00457-Test of turbocharger.

I really appreciate your fast input thank you! I honestly thing the catch-can had nothing to do with it, but the fumes from the engines PVC valve it was like condensing "smoking steam" also from the oil cap on the cooler engine... I seems that while i was removing the top intercooler to check that the lower bigger turbine is leaking oil abit (maybe due to an stuck air filter i have only 60.000km on my car), possible that i spilled maybe abit coolant into the intake + alot of condensation as i didnt drive alot the past month .. (?) cuz immideatelly I disconnected the PVC at the bottom part (illigally blow by gases could escape in the atmosphere) the engine showed much better performace 0 error codes. ... so I put the catch can back 0 errors). THANK YOU!

btw, the top smaller turbine was totally dry.
