goes over the edge, cut for a perfect fit
mix up water and baby shampoo and basically float it on and remove any air pockets.
easy job

Will this adhere to black textured bumpers rather than painted?

Unfortunately I don’t think it will stick to the normal plastic bumper.

Sorry I don’t have a template for a caddy at the moment. I will have a look for one though and let you know if I find one.
