They’re fantastic! Well done. A quick query: after blasting the stainless with heat through use, wouldn’t one need to spray them up against the rust risk...eg with heat resistant paint?

Not sure on the stainless. Not seen one lit yet.
All mind steel ones ideally want painting using high temp stuff

I would also like to know if the stainless version just discolours with that usual rainbow heat effect rather than rusting like mild steel would.

They change colour but don't rust. I'll get mine red hot and rub in some WD40 to give it a Gold look.

Just need a suitable carry bag for it.
I'll find one of these online makers and send them the dimensions. (I might try a company that I bought a 907 bag from)

Stainless steel only rusts in the absence of oxygen. Such as burying it.

My existing campfire in a can is stainless, is cleaned and kept dry in a bag and has never rusted.
